AI Agents at Work
This learning sprint helps teams understand where AI agents make sense, how they can be built, and how they can be integrated into daily workflows in a responsible and scalable way.
Goals
The goal is to help teams to automate everyday tasks using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar agent platforms, and to confidently integrate AI agents into daily work.
The focus is on identifying real use cases, designing a fully functional agent, and understanding how to manage it in an organisational context.
